advised that the official business days in the MandAeg from Sunday to
Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, holidays and public holiday its holidays for all
employees of MandAeg and shipping companies
Our first
mission is to offer you the best online shopping experience, so we have made it
easier for you to make your shipment easier because your convenience is our
priority
MandAeg mainly
delivers your orders through the company's own fleet but may get help from a
third party at peak times to ensure the timely shipping of your order.
We allow you
to choose the most convenient time for your delivery, on any day, on another
day according to your geographical area, or during any week or even month.
You can
subscribe to get your orders delivered for the selected products on a regular
basis (daily, weekly or monthly).
Orders
should be requested at least four hours ahead of time for same-day delivery,
bearing in mind the cut-off time of 9:00 PM and working hours of MandAeg. Some goods may need more time for processing, with delivery taking a
day or several days, depending on the nature of the item.
In the case
of urgent orders, please contact our customer service and we will do our best
to help you.
We will ask
for your signature on a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt of the goods. We
will deliver the order to the registered address and we consider the signature
of anyone at the address as a receipt of the order.
If there is no
one at the registered address to receive your order, we will ask you to contact
our customer service to agree another delivery time. The company is not able to
attempt delivery more than twice. The company is not responsible for any order
exceeding 2 days of the first
delivery attempt.
FREE SHIPPING
- MandAeg provides free delivery for orders over 3000 EGP. Through R2S Logistics within the delivery service within 1-2 working days inside Cairo and Giza, or 3-5 working days for the rest of the governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Important information about delivery
The applicant is required to sign the document of receipt of the purchases
MandAeg We guarantee the safety of the order from theft and damage from the moment it leaves the store until the moment of delivery. MandAeg is not responsible for the product after signing the receipt document.
The guide uses the approximate delivery time starting from the moment the order is dispatched. MandAeg is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to the fee payment procedures by the applicant.
Adding a fee to the shipping cost of the order in the event that the place of delivery is located within a remote area.
In the event that you wish to cancel your order and replace it, please go to the return policy page and follow the steps mentioned there.
Please note that if your order has already been sent and you want to cancel it, you must wait until it reaches you and then follow the return procedures.
